Just keep guessing every person that is introduced is going to die next and on the off chance you finally get it right keep bringing it up that you understand the show way better then your SO.
I'm doing this right now with my best friend. We're watching Vikings and he has no idea that I'm actually completely caught up. And early in the show I told him the show is very predictable. He thinks I'm a wizard, not the logical explanation of being caught up. It's very entertaining.

Or, twist here, your partner starts watching a show you've already started and you feed them plausible, but wrong theories and characters.
I did that to my partner on GoT about a talking horse. Three seasons in, and they kept asking me when that major character was going to appear...
