Could just be me, though. In high school I refused to use the bathrooms at school. If I couldn't hold it I first attempted to sneak in the teacher's restroom. If that didn't work I went home, used it, and came back.
Edit: to add, the major issue was that at my school the boy's bathrooms had absolutely no stall doors at all (though the girls got to have stall doors)'
