Ramsay's a great guy, I really enjoy reading his AMA's he does, they're all pretty insightful and have some good stuff in them. He tries helping out people with legitimate questions.
Personally my favorite thing he's said in an AMA is Him telling a boyfriend how he should go about letting her eat a maggot cheese, and then giving him great sex advice.
