I work in the building where this is. That's former Australian Prime Minister Frank Ford. He was PM for only 8 days so I think this sums up his entire term nicely

I love awkwardly removed cigars in old photos and paintings. Disney in particular has gone to great lengths to remove the cigarettes from every existing image of Walt that they have around.
