I give 5 stars unless they really blew it. Some drivers have gone out of their way to make the experience awesome, and I've tipped heavily to show my appreciation. This guy in Isla Vista, by UCSB, had pouches on the seatback with hand sanitizer, headphones, gum, mints, paper towels, and every cup holder had a fresh bottled water. I took 2 pieces of gum and a water. Left a fatty tip.

Every once in a while I get a super friendly immigrant who couldn't be happier to tell me how much he loves being in America now.
It's kind of a charming change of pace.
